Friday 13 October 2017 from 11:00 to 21:00.
Saturday 14 October 2017 from 04:30 to 05:30.
No entries will be accepted on Friday or Saturday morning.
Registration, in person, against positive ID.
No 3rd party collections permitted.
No substitutions will be allowed at registration. Substitutions will only be available for a 4 week period starting 13 August to 13 September. A step-by-step explanation of the substitution process will be available on www.meiringspoort21.co.za. The substitute will pay in full for the new entry, as well as substitution fee of R100. When a person withdraws he will forfeit his entry into the race as well as all extras bought including T-Shirt and Fleecy Blanket. Extras cannot be transferred to new entrants. No upgrades or downgrades between the 12.5km and 21.1km will be permitted.
NG Church Hall, De Rust from 04:45 to 05:30 (Remember to order / bring a Fleecy Blanket). Since we are running through the Poort, everybody's co-operation is important. The last lorry departs promptly at 05:30. Transport to starting point available from 04:45 where coffee / tea / rusks are served free of change. No private vehicles or bicycles will be allowed on the route. The event will start when ALL private vehicles have left the starting point.

Medals: Medals to all finishers who complete the race within cut-off time
Prize giving: NG Church Hall, De Rust at 11:00. Athletes are responsible to collect their own prize money or to make an "arrangement" with the event organiser. Failing which prize money is forfeited. (ASA Rule 2.9). Moneys not "arranged" will be donated to a charity of the event organizers choice.
